   Dance Classes consist of:

  •  Terminology of the different Dance Types

  •  Warm-ups

  •  Learning to dance across the floor

  •  Different movements of dance (1st- 5th position,       walking, turns, arm motion, etc…)

  •  Dancing to music and songs

  •  Presentations for different events

  •  Cooling down and a lot more…

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist Certification, Insurance, Police Clearance, CPR & First Aide Certification 

Exercise Types

Aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, Chair Aerobics & Zumba, Intro to Belly Dance, Yoga & Tai Chi, Model Walks & Line Dance

 

Exercise Classes consist of:

  • Warm-ups

  • Walking

  •  Jogging

  • Squats

  • Calisthenics

  • Dumbbells

  • Gym Workouts

  • Flexibility – Strength   

  • Cardiovascular Training,
